Stamps sing to me, Paper whispers my name. Welcome to all who craft--I hope you're glad you came!

If lots of texture is your thing, consider the new Texture Boutique by Sizzix for Stampin' Up! This handy-dandy little machine takes all standard-size or smaller embossing folders, and takes up just a tiny space on your desk or stampin' table. It's so small and portable you could even fit it in your shoulder tote! Love that!
It's important to note that the Texture Boutique does NOT cut, so you can't use Framelits, Embosslits, Sizzlets, Nestabilities, or any of the Bigz dies with this machine. It's purely for those of us who LOVE embossing! Be sure to ask if you have any questions.
Look at this GORGEOUS card my friend Dawn shared with me! She got that cool background by stamping with her clear bock in Whisper White Craft Ink, the coloring directly on the clear block with a red marker to ink up and stamp a "frame" in red around it. So cool-looking!
Follow My Heart is sold out in clear-mount, but you can still get it in wood-mount while supplies last! Don't miss this lovely stamp set as well as Love You More and the Flowerfull Heart single stamp!
Click on the links below to view these in my webstore ASAP! Tomorrow might be too late!
I can't believe I have enough amazing samples left from Leadership Conference to compose yet ANOTHER blog post to share with you today! I really am just WOW'd looking through them all. Each one has something neat I can take from it, whether it's a layout, a color scheme, a clever way to combine stamps, or a new technique I haven't tried yet.
The kids and I (and even my university-prof hubby) are off school due to the COLD here in Wisconsin today and tomorrow, so I'm hoping to have plenty of down time to get into the stamp room this week. I know I haven't shared much that *I* have made recently--that's because I've been working on the Scrapbook Marathon non-stop, and I don't want to spoil the surprise for the attendees. So sit tight for a whole BUNCH of scrapbooking inspiration coming up very shortly.
In the meantime, here's another installment of beautiful creations from my super-talented Stampin' Up demonstrator friends. Leave them a comment and say thanks to them for the last 55+ gorgeous cards you've seen here all last week at Song of My Heart!
Can you believe we are up to FIFTY PLUS samples this week at Song of My Heart? WOW! Just think, that's an idea a week for an entire year's worth. I sincerely hope you've loved this series and are feeling like you get amply rewarded for the time it takes to visit my blog. I appreciate every single one of you, dear readers, and I LOVE putting together posts that I know will inspire your creativity.
Many thanks to YOU for visiting, and to my wonderful demo friends for putting their heart and soul into everything they make and so generously share. If you see a technique or layout you'd like to make at your next workshop, please let me know! My parties are all about pampering the hostess, and I have such fun coming up with three projects to make with you and your friends.
Would you believe I have gotten phone calls from all over the States from people wanting to know where I got this stamp? It's from Stampin' Up, silly-heads! All the coolest toys are : )
It's exclusive, it's gorgeous, it's only $6.95, and you need it for next Christmas. Do NOT kick yourself wishing you'd gotten it later, when I'm giving you a heads up now! Click here to view the Prince of Peace stamp in my online store, where it is available for only ONE MORE WEEK before it retires!
REMEMBER--one week! That should bump purchasing it to the tipppity top of your to-do list!

There's still time to order these adorable Monster Hugs valentine kits and add any favorite candies, pencils, tattoos or suckers to delight your child's classroom buddies. So easy, the kids can even do them themselves from start to finish!
And actually, since they don't SAY "happy Valentine's Day" right on them, you can use these any time of year to be tucked into lunchboxes, briefcases, and much more!
Click here to order from my shopping site--these limited-edition cutie pies are gone after January 27th or when they sell out, so don't delay! Shipping takes about one week.
If you're not excited after seeing the parade of out-of-this-world inspiration this week at Song of My Heart Stampers, you need to have someone take your pulse! Again, a tremendous thank-you to all the amazing demonstrator friends who swapped cards with me at Leadership 2014. I can't quit looking through my samples! They're soooo pretty. Can't wait to try out some of the layouts.
Have you been pinning your favorites to Pinterest? I'm sure you've noticed the easy "pin it" button that floats on all the photos on SOMHS if you hover the mouse over them. You're very welcome to pin straight from the blog, or share the pins if you follow my Pinterest account, too--whatever works for YOU.
I saw so many cute ombre examples at Leadership Conference last week, that I had to come right home and make one straight away. We are making this in all my clubs this week as our "starter" (easy) card. Have you tried this trendy new technique yet? Stampin' Up's gorgeously coordinated colors make it easy! For this card, I used Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, and Bermuda Bay cardstocks. And look, I even have the measurements for you!
Card base: 8.5x5.5 inches, folded in half
Mat Layer: 4x5.25 inches (Whisper White)
Three colored pieces: 3.75x1.5 inches (adhere the top and bottom ones first, then split the difference to place the middle one between them)
TIP: To ensure the circles were punched so they'd be in a straight line when adhered to the card, I slid each strip into the punch as far as it would go. Since each strip slides to the end and stops, the punched holes wind up in the same spot every time!
For your ordering convenience, here's a complete supply list. The Petite Petals stamp set and coordinating punch I used for this card are available separately or as a bundle, which saves you 15%! As with everything you see on my blog, all supplies are available to purchase on my shopping website. Click any link below to visit it!
Are you just lovin' all these astounding card samples from Leadership Conference 2014? Each batch is more amazing than the last! There's plenty more where that came from, so sit back and enjoy some of my very favoritest favorites all this week at Song of My Heart. Click "like" or pin to share with your friends, and if you are a demo and you spot YOUR card featured here, please leave a comment so we can clap!
