While looking for an old picture of Cami Rose for the previous post, I came across some card pics that weren't in their proper files--this one was fun so I thought I'd post it. This was a bridal shower invitation for a friend who is not a terribly girly-girl and didn't want anything frou-frou.
The colors were royal blue and yellow, so I used Brilliant Blue and Barely Banana for the invitation. Her flowers were daisies, and the only daisy stamp I had was the one for the back of the Loads of Love truck, so that's how this design came about. I was just going to leave the cab blank, but ended up stamping the girl inside and adding a veil with a little glitter. And just a dab more glitter on the daisies to tie them in. I refrained from adding ribbon anywhere, aren't you proud of me?
