I'd ask a question, but you said it had to be appropriate....

Lyssa,
Thanks for answering so many questions. You are so generous with your time!

When you say: "I am a very fast stamper, quick to discard or set aside projects that aren't going right. Sometimes the faster you can give up on a bad idea, the quicker you can move on to a new one." Do you toss those ideas in the trash or what do you do with the ideas you give up on?

Some do end up in the trash, if I have played so long with it that I have made too many irreversible things to it. But usually you can salvage some or all of the project. Sometimes just changing one of the colors will do it.
For me personally, I have found it doesn't help to come back to it later (I just don't), but others have told me they have a bin where they stick projects that just aren't coming together and they will try again another time.
Give yourself permission to play with a certain set or tool, but if your creativity leads you to the place where that set or tool is just not working with this particular project, don't be afraid to ditch Plan A and see what happens with Plan B--or C! : )
