Look at my little guy! Isn't he too cute? Gracious, I could look at his chubby little baby cheeks all day long. Sounds like it is time to head over to one of my three team members' houses who all had babies the past six months!! Gotta get my baby fix!
We made this page in Scrap A Stack Club this past month, using the Circle Scissors Plus and Glass Mat. It's not a tool I get out very often because my craft room is super small, but there's nothing better for making circles of any size! We covered the page with randomly placed, differently-patterned circles, and added some fun buttons and brads (colors are Island Indigo, Pool Party and Blushing Bride).
TIP: put Dotto Repositionable Adhesive on the Glass Mat to hold your cardstock or paper firmly in place, and you'll have perfect circles every time. No need to remove the Dotto afterwards as you can use it over and over, but when you do want it off, just rub with your finger.
I was showing the club members how to cut accurately photos with the Circle Scissors and I used a couple of enlarged photos of baby Daniel I had gotten back when I was working on my Convention 2011 presentation as samples. They were so adorably cute I decided to finish off my page with them. My kids love water and have always enjoyed their bath. Daniel was never more irresistible than when he was belting out "The Bear Necessities" in the bathtub.
I don't loan out my business supplies to anyone but my SOMH team members. But My Scrap A Stack club members enjoy the privilege of borrowing pricier tools like the Circle Scissors Plus and Glass Mat on a trial basis for free, after I've demo'd them in club, if they want to give them a real working over and see if it's a good fit. I make it a goal to make sure you not only know about the great products from Stampin' Up, but are able to get your hands on them and see how they'll work in real life.
SAS Club has two spaces open if you would like to join us--email me today for details!
What a CUTIE! He still is, but that baby face! OOOOH! Makes you wanna smoochie his cheeks!
