Can you believe I left these two cuties at home?

Yeah, neither can they!!

Mom and I took off from my parents' house in Wyoming today and drove to Salt Lake City, leaving my babies in the care of (a very capable) Daddy and Grandpa. We are happily ensconced in our hotel and going to attempt to get some sleep here in a few minutes. The next three days are going to be a total blur of activity and fun! I can't wait!

The kids will be fine... daddy and grandpa will survive...mom and I will have a blast... and yes, Natalie and Daniel, I have already visited the Disney Store and the mall and your presents are safely in the suitcase!

Setting YOUR mind at ease, we had a great day WITHOUT you. And the children at bedtime voted NOT to have ice cream or dessert. Instead we will have waffles for breakfast and they said THAT would be enough sweet stuff.

Of course, being at the Cutthroats game mean licorice, pop corn, cotton candy, peanuts and soda which may have been another factor in voting to WAIT for more junk until breakfast.
