Top five signs the wife’s away for a while:
1) House gives off strange scents and the occasional flame.
2) Pizza is considered suitable food for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
3) If clothes match when we head off to school, it’s a minor miracle.
4) Laundry is in three piles: Clean, Dirty, and “clean-ish”…

Funny!!!! I must admit, though, that I AM a mother and my youngest daughter's clothes often don't match when she leaves the house! I remember my brother and I loving it when our mom went to Florida to visit her parents alone because we knew the rules would be s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d. :)
