Breathing a big sigh of relief this last weekend as I finished up a BIG project for the upcoming Stampin' Up convention in July. I was selected as a display stamper this year, and was super excited to get a box of goodies to put together samples with specific stamp sets that will be showcased in Salt Lake City. However, as the deadline approached and my stack of finished projects was a lot smaller than I'd hoped, I started to sweat!
But it's all done and packed up and sent off now, and you will just have to wait for mid-July to see what I made (ooh, it's only a month away!! Squeeeee!!). Thanks for your patience as the blog posts got a little sparse there for a bit! Rest assured I am EXCITED about the new catalog, and now that my top-secret stuff is done, I'm right back to creating things I CAN share with you.
This card was made with leaves from a really versatile new stamp set called Kinda Eclectic, stamped in Mossy Meadow, and an exclusive little "love" stamp from one of my Paper Pumpkin Kits. I did fussy-cut some of the leaves to pop up on dimensionals as well as the "love" sentiment, which is unsual for me, but I think it works with this card. The embossing folder I used on the side is called Modern Mosaic.
All these products plus the new Pool Party cotton ribbon are in the new Idea Book & Catalog! Stay tuned for more fun, quick, and cute cards made with my new toys.
Great card:)
