Ever have an entire card or page come together from a scrap you couldn't bear to throw away? Me, too! I had this strip of Birthday Bouquet paper in a lovely shrub rose pattern and I wound up making three cards out of it. I'm a big fan of keeping my scraps as cleaned out as possible--they do tend to take over your life!--so that made me happy, to get three cards from one piece. Here's the other two, which are notecards that use the Natural Expressions wooden elements:
Can't decide if I like it best with the "thanks" on the right hand side or the left. Do you have a preference? I do think I like it better with the doily underneath the word instead of on top. Beautiful color scheme... there's that wonderful "chameleon" coral-red color, Watermelon Wonder, that is so versatile. Need a red? You got it. Need a hot pink? Sure thing. Need a coral? Here you go! if you only add one new color to your repertoire this year, make it Watermelon Wonder--you'll be glad you did!
