Occurred to me today that I'm running out of time to share the last of my Christmas cards with you this year... tomorrow is Christmas Eve! Couldn't go without blogging this beauty, though! I made eighty of these for my wonderful Stampin' Up team. They are so dear to me... it was easy to make a WOW card with them in mind. I made a couple of variations on this and in the process used a whole pack of rhinestones! Plus iridescent sequins, tinted shimmer spray, silver foil, silver thread and silver embossing. Gotta love the BLING!
I was SO happy to be able to hand-write a message and sign all the cards myself this year! The last few years carpal tunnel numbness and pain has robbed me of the joy of making my own Christmas cards. I still designed them, but Penni had to actually make them all. It was discouraging. So I'm thanking the Lord for allowing me to regain that simple pleasure, without surgery!
As pretty as the outside may be, I hope the recipients pay more attention to the inside. The most important thing I could ever impart to my team or ANY of my crafty friends is the message of hope waiting for them in Jesus Christ. I hope you know that peace this Christmas. Have a wonderful holiday weekend! I'll see you the day after Christmas for some fun end-of-year giveaways and a "Boxing Day" special you won't want to miss!
Merry Christmas!
Thank you for sharing the real Reason for this Season!! Bless your heart!! Love the card!! TFS
