I crafted The Crafter's Blessing for you all today! Enjoy the giggle and feel free to share with your crafty friends.
"May you never run out of storage space;
May your scissors never dull.
May your trimmer blades be ever sharp
And your ink pads always full.
May all your cardstock have two sides
And may your corners never be bent;
And may your husband never know
Exactly how much you spent."

UPDATED: it is never ok to crop someone's watermark off their original work. I'm very dismayed to find this image circulating the interwebz without any credit as to the author. I know it's just a silly poem, but I wrote it and I deserve for my site to be attached. JUST SAY NO to "swipe and wipe" tactics on the internet!! THANK YOU to everyone who behaves ethically when sharing images and wording. LZ
Lyssa,
Love this Crafter's Blessing. It is so true for so many different types of crafts. Thank you so much for sharing.

Lyssa,
I have a quick question, what do you do when your trimmer blades starts to jam the paper. Is there a way to sharpen them or do you need to get replacements?? Just wondering, only been at this for a year.
Thanks,
Mary Ann

Time for new blades, Mary Ann! Also, try not pressing as hard, so the blade doesn't dig in as deeply. It only takes a slight pressure to cut one layer of paper at a time but for some reason we always think we have to push down really hard.
