Yesterday I had a chance to play with the new Quilt Builder dies from the upcoming 2017 Holiday Mini Catalog, in preparation for my team meeting. Oh my!! They were everything I hoped they'd be. I cut out one of the main patterns in four different colors of cardstock, then pasted the pieces back into the grid to make four adorable little 3x3 notecards.
Suggested Stampin' Up! Color Combinations
I'm so excited we are getting envelopes back for this cute size of 3x3 card! It's just perfect for tiny pick-me-up notes in lunchboxes and briefcases, and exactly the right size for gift packages when you don't really need a whole card in addition to a present. And LOOK at what all these cards and envelopes fit in?!! The Wood Crate Framelits! Now we're talkin'!
I fit four mini cards and envelopes in my crate (you could probably squeeze in a fifth if you wanted). What an adorable gift for the quilter or seamstress in your life! And there's more... there is a Christmas Quilt stamp set AND patterned paper stack, plus fun new embellishments, to help you create gorgeous quilted Christmas cards this holiday. Oh, this is going to be fun!
Stay tuned for more sneak peek projects from the Holiday Catalog. If you're a regular customer friend, yours is already on the way. If you're new to Stampin' Up or need a new, active and enthusiastic demonstrator, I'd be happy to mail you one. [email protected]
Oh so fun and cute! I love them sitting in the little crate. I need to get that die too. Thanks for sharing these cards in these colors. Although I have been making holiday cards for charity, I am not ready to play with this die in holiday colors yet! I normally wouldn't use these colors together so this is a fun challenge for me also!

Love your Quilt Builder cards! How did you get the skinnier border so the white border showed around the 3x3 cards?
