Recently re-worked an old project with some stunning new papers and thought I'd share with you all. My original tutorial for the Accordion Envelope Stationery Set is here. It's a great little gift project for anyone that can use notecards.
It works along the lines of a pocket-book sized coupon holder or wallet... with the expandable accordion-style part formed with four A-2 envelopes adhered front-to-back. It uses very little adhesive other than the envelope's sticky, which is fun and economical.
It can hold eight of the Stampin' Up Notecard & Envelopes inside. You can also make this with large Hallmark-style card envelopes if you have any lying around, and then it would fit the regular medium (A-2) size cards.
Fun! Always great to be reminded of a goldie-oldie idea. Did you make these when they first made the rounds? Maybe give it another go this holiday season as a wonderful teacher/co-worker or neighbor gift.
Thanks for a fancy gift idea. It looks beautiful.
