One peek at the 2017 Stampin' Up holiday catalog and I knew I was in trouble! My wish list said things like "everything on page 37"; "10 packs of foil snowflakes"; and "use hostess benefits for contents of pages 12-13."
I did get a LOT of my list already (not saying I'm done yet!) but several products have floated to the top, and this card showcases some of the most useful and pretty items individual items I ordered.
I just love how the layers of natural textures and glorious holiday glam came together to make this card. It is a real WOW in person, with two kinds of the Year of Cheer metallic washi tape, Champagne foil cardstock leaves, and Dazzlin' Diamonds glimmer paper berries. The natural element is played up with Crumb Cake cardstock and ink, and the crumpled paper and leaves. Add in the Merry Music background paper and this is definitely my favorite Christmas card this year!

I think this card is different from just about anything else I've made. It's so fun to jump outside the comfort zone sometimes and play with a totally new look. Treat yourself to a couple of fun new textures, papers and finishes when you start designing your Christmas cards for the year. You might just love a look you had no idea you could produce right there in your craft room. Happy Stampin'!
