Don't mind me... I'm just over here STILL finishing my Christmas cards! I bet I'm not alone, though, huh? I know quite a few of us are probably in that boat. Just remember, they're not officially late as long as they are postmarked by Christmas Eve! Ha!
This IS the final batch, however! I had generated quite a pile of small strips of the Merry Music Designer Series specialty papers, so I designed a card around them, using music-related sentiments from Night in Bethlehem to tie the theme together. The real showstopper is the massive snowflake embossed on the backround, though! And it was fun to finish it off with a snippet of the Boxwood Wreath and some Glitter Enamel Dots for berries.
Ready to recreate this look? Or maybe pin it for next year! Here's what you'll need when you're ready to make it:

I THINK this is probably my last Christmassy post for the year! I don't mind too much... I love Christmas but I'm ready to move along now and craft with some of my new Spring Occasions 2018 Catalog toys! We demonstrators got to order one of everything (if we wanted) a whole month early so we can try things out and get samples ready to tempt you with. Ha ha! Now you know our evil plan. : )
Anyhoo, have a marvelous holiday with your families and friends, dear ones, and keep your eye out for spring and Sale-A-Bration inspiration popping up all over Song of My Heart as we transition into 2018.

Ooh, lovely! I will be CASEing this idea but maybe with a little twist.... I need to wrap my step MIL cookbook and I think this would look so pretty on top of it. Maybe I will wrap it in plain white tissue paper and put that on top. That way I don't have to worry about mailing it as a card and being too lumpy or bumpy and worrying about how much postage to put on it. I don't have the stamp set but I think I can make something work just fine. I love that embossing folder and I can't believe they are retiring it already. I made a swap card with it in the Real Red that, well, I really liked matted with black and then added one of the fussy cut nutcrackers out for in the corner.
Anyway, happy holidays to you and your family!
