I finally, finally! had a chance to sit down and play with my Share What You Love stamp set. I bought the bundle, if you recall, and wanted to see what I could do with just the set and a totally different color scheme. I chose Mint Macaron (welcome back, old friend!) and the new Lovely Lipstick, an almost-red hot fuschia that is really in right now for weddings.
Oh yes, you spotted that cute little lace detail... that's from the new laser-cut specialty papers Delightfully Detailed. I can get so much mileage out of just one little piece! That pack is going to last me forever. If you buy just ONE thing from the new catalog on June first--that needs to be it!
Share What You Love contains some beautiful floral sprays and twiggy stamps that can be combined in all sorts of ways. I haven't finished up this card yet, but I made a wreath using this old technique as well. I love wreaths...
Fun, huh? Can't wait to see what else I can do with this set. I should have more time to create in the next few weeks. I've been having a little rough patch again lately (sigh) and doctor's orders are to keep my schedule at a minimum for three more months. I start up physical therapy soon, too. I'll have to make sure my instructor knows I consider stamping every day an important part of my recovery! : )
Happy stampin' friends! Chin up!
Lyssa, you have mentioned your health before but I don't know what you have. If you care to share & would like to know.

Hi Renee! Thanks for asking. I don't mention it too much because it's boring : ) I have a lot of trouble with my adrenal glands and cortisol production. Extreme fatigue, anxiety attacks, muscle weakness, racing heart, lack of concentration, to name a few symptoms. That's what happened that caused us to miss the trip to Thailand last summer. Physically I feel good about 70% of the time now (two years in), but in the meantime I developed a panic disorder that some days means I'm just homebound no matter what was on the schedule. Great fun. This new round of PT is for headaches I've been getting every night that they think might be related to something pinched in the neck. So I'm a bit of a mess : ) But God is in control! Thankful for the support of family and friends.

Gosh Lyssa, thanks for letting me know. You are simply amazing to do all you do with SU. I love seeing your posts. I've have had health issues too but mine always ends in surgeries. May the good Lord bless you & your family everyday.
