Take the 31 Pages in 31 Days Challenge along with me! Each day in August 2017 I'm posting a scrapbook layout or double-page spread as an inspiration. You can copy it, swipe some ideas, or just do your own thing. Here's today's inspiration! This is the final layout in the Week Two packet my Scrapbooking Summer School participants are making.
I love love love the patterns in the Nature's Poem patterned paper pack. It coordinates with some of my favorite colors (Tranquil Tide, Soft Suede, Grapefruit Grove, Rich Razzleberry) and the patterns look great on all sorts of pages and cards. Here I paired three patterns from that pack with a word-printed design from the Share What You Love specialty papers that bring out the Petal Pink in the skeleton leaves on the pattern on the left.
Wanted you to see this new embossing folder up close! It's so cool. It's called Subtle and it just adds a kind-of watercolor or handmade paper feel. I loved how it toned down the Copper Foil shine and helped it fit in more with the natural theme of the page. I had to take a couple of pics to show you how it looks in different light! Shiny!
