I know, I know, it's August!! But cardmakers have to start early if they're going to get their holiday cards finished in time to enjoy Christmas AND be proud of what they created and mailed this year. My Christmas Club ladies have already made their first 12 of 48 cards to the tune of carols and chattering!
This was my first design of the year. It's simple, for mass production, and the Stamparatus came in so handy for perfect placement every time. Imagine stamping all your cards without a single crooked sentiment! I sure love that thing.
This design is also flat, for mailing, with just a sprinkle of rhinestones--and it's lightweight enough with its single layer to include a family photo or a Christmas letter, too. Important to think about these things! Nobody wants to be stuck paying extra postage when they have so many to send all at once.
If you'd like to recreate this easy but elegant design at home, here's what you need to gather. Try different color combos, too--I bet this would look amazing in red and black, or purple and gold. Can't wait to play some more with this His Light stamp set this year!
Click any photo to go browse the online store! Note: the stamp set HIS LIGHT will be available beginning September 5th, 2018 with the opening of the new Holiday mini catalog.
One more note before we finish out August--it's online Bonus Days through the 31st! Every $50 spent gets you a $5 coupon to use in September. So if you plan ahead, you can get your basics in August, then use the coupon for the stamp set when it becomes available in September.
Then you'll be all set to work on your holiday creation! Wouldn't it feel great to be done early this year?
I love the idea of using stamps that talk about Jesus with snowflakes! I have pretty snowflakes I bought from you at a rubber rummage that I never use because I want my Christmas cards to be about Christ! Problem solved! Why didn't I think of that?????

I too love that you incorporated the snowflakes with Jesus. I never get to use the snowy flakes....because I always do religious Christmas cards. How thoughtful :)
