We have our first anniversary winner! Gale Beth Rice wins the $10 Stamparatus. Congratulations, Gale Beth! Please email me your address. Thank you to everyone who left a comment--it was very fun to read where you were and what you were doing 10 years ago.
We're continuing the celebration with more fun and games in our second official 10th anniversary post! Thanks for joining me as we look back on the changes over the past decade, and think about what fun we've had crafting together!
I went digging in the files and found some fun old projects from September 2008 to share with you today. These don't get seen very much because they're from the days when you had to click on thumbnails to enlarge each photo individually! Thank goodness that changed, eh?
I still love the technique on the baby buggy card: three by three inch square with any border punch punched once in the middle on each side. Super cute frame!
Fun to see the colors--Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss--the new In Colors were just beginning to hit their stride.
Guess what else is 10 years old? The Big Shot was added to our product line in 2008! The Top Note was Stampin' Up's very first die, remember that? I still have it and love it.
Thanks for joining me on a stroll through the past! Now, our next giveaway will REALLY help you walk down memory lane. Why? Because the prize is 10 packs of paper for just $10! No kidding!
These are past Designer Series Paper packs, some from years ago, some more recent, and they deserve a home with someone who will actually open and cut into them : ) By entering the contest you

May the best paper-lover win! Oh, and my answer to the question WAS Coastal Cabana (hooray! It's back!) but now it's Riding Hood Red. Or Maybe Groovy Guava. Or Vintage Violet. Oh dear.
Happy anniversary! I definitely made a bunch of those cards with you--at least four, maybe five! How fun!
Elegant Eggplant is gone, right? That's always been my favorite. And the recess bell just, rang, so I think I'll have to go with Bold Brights--is that still what it's called? I can't check now......

Congratulations on your ten years of blogging. I always enjoy seeing your ideas! I still love using Bashful Blue. It could be added back to the Subtles family!

I always loved Bashful Blue and I’m glad to see we’ve added some true blues again this year. It would definitely belong in the Subtles family. Congrats on 10 years!

Lost Lagoon and I was so hoping it would come back. Maybe the Subtles category.

Mine is an in-color... Watermelon Wonder. Since I'm kinda new at this and have only known about Stampin' Up! for a short time, this is it for me. I still have a couple packs of the card stock. A woman in my stamping group had introduced me to Coastal Cabana awhile back and I fell in love with it! So happy it's back as well.

I'm a blue girl and Bashful Blue in the Subtles would be my pick. (I feel like I'm playing CLUE. Professor Plum with the wrench in the library) LOL

I have always loved Bashful Blue, and it is still on my go to blue color and I think it would go with the subtles group. Thanks and love seeing your cards from way back when.....

Hands down my favorite retired color is Baja Breeze. I was hoping we'd jettison Soft Sky and replace it with my beloved Baja Breeze in the Subtles, but no such luck. At least we got Balmy Blue...not the same at all, but I like it a lot better than Soft Sky!

How wonderful to be celebrating YOU!! My choice would be Green Galore. It could fit into the Brights, for a good match with Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight, for sure!!

Close to Cocoa is still my favorite! I still have a stash of it! It would stay in the neutrals category.

I would love to see Taken with Teal come back into Regals! I loved seeing the throwback cards! I’m sure I have still have some in my stash!

My favorite color from the past is Bravo Burgundy from the regal group. Congrats on 10 years! You are an inspiration! Love those scrapbook ideas!

I have four that I really liked: Pretty 'n Pink, Bashful Blue, and Sage Shadow, all in the Subtles. And then there was Handsome Hunter, such a good rich "Royal" green color. Do I have to pick just one? I guess it would be Pretty 'n Pink. It was such a pure color. The pinks we have now are either too light or are "dirty" or have too much orange in them to be a true pink..

I have only been familiar with Stampin Up for the past year so I have a limited number of colors to choose from. I would have to go with Island Indigo in part because all my granddaughters love anything in the turquoise family and so do I! It would rightfully take it's place in the Regal Collection. Congratulations on your anniversary!

I still have and use Bashful Blue subtles catagory. I love that color but my stash is almost gone! I really want SU! To bring back Simply Scrapping Kits. Especially at Christmas. I loved those.
