I absolutely love this new card trick--you've got to try it! It uses a paper "braid" which is actually more of a weave, no braiding skills required. Grab yourself some 12 inch long scraps and make it along with me! Isn't it just soooo pretty?
This is the PERFECT way to use up your 12 inch paper scraps. You'll need four 1/2 inch by 12 inch strips for each braid, and each braid does one card. Here's a couple more variations I made, all with the Snowflake Splendor papers from Stampin' Up!

I hope to try this soon Lyssa. Seems to also be a good way to slowly get into that extra paper we all hoard and put a new spin on it.

what a lovely idea i tried the braiding its quite easy once you get the first parts braided

I love this! The first one I tried I used liquid glue to affix the braid but some seeped through. Next one-tear and tape!
