Hello friends! Welcome to Day Three of 31 Pages in 31 Days! I love hosting this challenge for scrapbookers world-wide each year in August. Are you playing along? Or just looking longingly at the craft room door for now?
Today's inspiration pages are for some first wedding anniversary pictures from a pretty peach and navy wedding.
No, I did not cut all those flowers out by hand! But you could : ) They came from an adorable paper pack that was only available from Stampin' Up for a very short period two years ago. I do still have four packs left, so if you want one, let me know! I drew out the color scheme from the floral sheets for my 6x6 photo mats and background papers in Night of Navy, Old Olive, and Soft Sea Foam.
My favorite part of this spread is the olive glitter washi tape!! So easy to add some sparkle to a matte page. It's from a four-pack of glitter Halloween washi, but I won't tell! I figure I'll use the orange roll at Halloween or for birthdays, and use the black, lavender and green all year long.
That's it from me today--my 20-year-old and I rented a floor polisher for the studio this afternoon, and I'm exhausted! But it looks really good. Someday I want laminate planking throughout, but for now, cleaning up the old tiles will have to do. I also put new felt feet and rubber tips on all the tables and chairs, to try to keep that shiny floor shiny! What a big day.
See you tomorrow for Day Four! If you're already enjoying the inspiration, please leave a comment and introduce yourself. I meet the nicest people that way : )
I have this paper so I’ll have to do this layout!
