I almost forgot to blog these cuties! I laughed out loud when I saw this carrot stamp set from Stampin' Up. Who would ever want or need carrot stamps? Ok, maybe around Easter, or for a gardening friend.
But since I got it for free I played with it--and you guessed it, LOVED the carrots!! I think it's something about using the bright orange and mango colors. It just makes you happy!
This layout is a great way to use up scrap strips. Just cut them to two different widths and two different lengths, then adhere them down slanted at an angle, with the focal point piece in the middle. What an EASY card!

So there you go--don't discount the possibilities in even the most unlikeliest stamp image! And now you have a reason to get out your Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie colors (from the Brights family) and give them a go. They're gorgeous together!
